This involves sending out invoices using the Hallmaster system at the end of each month, paying a few bills and keeping account of income and spending for the trustees. You need basic computer skills to use the Hallmaster system, maintain a spreadsheet for the accounts, and to log on to our Barclays account to make payments and check our balance.
